I'm still getting things setup in the studio and it's going so well! I can't wait to share more about it in the days to come.
In this morning's video, I chat about the full moon in Scorpio that's happening tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 7:48pm Eastern Time.
Since the full moon in Scorpio can bring up or uncover some deep feelings, we take a few minutes in this video to come into our bodies and breath with asana (movement and poses) and pranayama (breathwork) to help shift prana (energy) within our bodies.
Our ability to be present with deep feelings and discomfort during this full moon period will be very supportive. The full moon is in the deeply probing water sign of Scorpio and its ruled by Mars in Pisces, a soulfully feeling and intuiting water sign. So lots of water. Lots of feelings. The waters could be washing over something you're meant to uncover or release.
